Where did you attend college: Under graduate, Illinois Weslayan University; Graduate , Olivet Nazarene University
How many years have you been teaching: 6 Years
Current duties & responsibilities at PHHS: Social Studies teacher, head football coach, and head track coach
Immediate Family: My wife Dolly Giles, Children: Andrea, Becky, Geoff, and Jordan.
Hobbies: Football, reading, playing video games with my children
Who or what inspired you to become a teacher? A former coach and several friends said I needed to be teaching and coaching, also the passing of my father.
What was your most memorable moment while teaching? I had a student that did so well on an exam that she screamed and did what I call a “Price is Right” dance.
What was your most embarrassing moment in teaching? I once was walking in a hall when my hip partially went out. I let out a muffled scream and several students turned and watched.
What is your favorite thing about teaching? Teaching makes me feel younger, so my hope is that I will always feel young.
