Lady Wolves win consolation at Pike County Conference Tourney

The Lady Wolves volleyball team took home the Pike County Conference consolation championship trophy Thursday night in Meredosia. The Lady Wolves started the tournament off playing Pittsfield in one of the best played matches in the tournament. It was a hard fought battle never spreading out more than 3 points. However, Pittsfield managed to pull out the win 25-23 and 25-22 to send the Lady Wolves into the consolation bracket.

Determined to show everyone that they did not belong in the losers bracket, the Lady Wolves dominated Western in two games and went on to defeat Meredosia in two games to claim the PCC Consolation Championship!

Senior Macey Black was named to the PCC All-Tournament team.
