PHHS FACS department receives grantÂ

Ruth Holman, Quincy Medical Group presents Leah Guthrie, Family and Consumer Sciences Instructor, with a check fro $1500.00 to be used in the Family and Consumer Science classes at Pleasant Hill High School. Mrs. Holman acquired the grant through the Illinois Department of Public Health from money made possible by the Illinois Institute for Ruraal Affairs at Western Illinois University to provide for child care training, drug abuse awareness, and other issues facing today's youth.
