Who or what inspired you to become a teacher? My parents and my love for music
What was your most memorable moment while working here? All of the showcases and my work with Jon Robinson
What is your favorite thing about your job? Watching student progress into performers
What was your most embarrassing time while teaching? When I fell out of my director’s chair.
What are some successful disciplinary practices? Warm-ups
Do you like your schedule that’s only 2 or 3 days a week? I enjoy having extra time at home
How do you like having no responsibility for Band? Although I enjoy working with the band students my first love is vocal music. I am pleased that Pleasant Hill has two teachers in the music department again and that we have a very good Band Director is Mr.Jandt.
