Dare has begun in Ms. Steward and Ms. Wilson's 5th Grade Rooms! DARE started 6 weeks ago, and it is every Thursday morning. DARE will be finished in 6 more weeks.
What do you like about D.A.R.E.?
I talked to Miss Steward about D.A.R.E. and she said I like D.A.R.E. because it teaches the students about drug abuse and making the right choices in life. Then I talked to the students about what they like about D.A.R.E. and they said learning about things you shouldn’t do, learning about right and wrong, learning about drugs, and what drugs do to your body.
Who is the officer?
The officer is Officer Clint Weir.
How is D.A.R.E. fun for the kids?
D.A.R.E. is fun for the kids because they do group work, play games, and get rewarded with candy.
