PHHS FFA Petting Zoo

Today was the annual petting zoo at the high school. Every year the FFA holds a petting zoo in the Ag. shop during National FFA week. Many students brought in all kinds of pets such as: lizards, rabbits, goats, baby pigs, calves, a turkey, pheasants, peacocks, doves, and a mule.
All day long the Ag. students help take care of the animals, while the high school students get to come down and play with the animals throughout the day. The main reason for the petting zoo is for the grade school to take turns coming up to visit the animals and see what PHHS’s students have to offer.
This has been an exciting and exceptionally fun event for many years now and will hopefully continue for many more to come.
