Earth Day with the 2nd Graders
Around 1:30 P.M., the second graders ripped, cut, and shredded all different kinds of papers and they all took part in this. They all cleaned out their desks of old papers that were unneeded, unwanted, or done and graded papers. These students were having so much fun that they shredded at least 1 to 2 bags full. When they were finished they all got together and got a group photo to show that they appreciate the Earth. These students wanted to do more but they had to get ready to go home. But, they wanted to finish and did finish eventually. They all had fun and want to do the same with their teacher next year to celebrate the Earth and their happiness on it.
