Student Council- Backpack Program

PHHS student council members have been part of a new act of community service throughout the 2015-16 school year. The members have been actively involved in helping fill bags of food for children in need. The Backpack Program is not sponsored by the Pleasant Hill School District, but the student council members and advisors help make it possible. All of the food is bought with money donated by many different organizations around our county. The Backpack Program gives these children the food they need with the money that is donated.
