Parent Involvement Survey in the Mail!

If your child receives special education services, look for a parent involvement survey to come to your mailbox soon. Complete the Parent Involvement Survey if your child receives special education services. Your opinions will help to improve special education services for your child and other children across the state. Surveys will be mailed home starting March 11, 2019. Complete the by mail or online by visiting www.mievaluation.com/isbe2019.htm or scanning the QR code with a QR reader from a smartphone or tablet. All surveys received by May 15, 2019 will be included in the state report.
