Wolf of the Month for January is RESPONSIBILITY: The obligation to promptly carry forward an assigned task to a successful conclusion, to be on time, trustworthy, and ready to take on new challenges.
Notice from the Library – All books checked out during 2014 are due immediately. Please check your lockers and place books in the tray in the library.
There will be Quiz Bowl practice today from 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm.
Seniors don’t forget about the financial aid help night this evening from 6:30 to 8:30 in the computer lab.
The Quiz Bowl bus is leaving for Carrollton tomorrow at 3:30 pm.
Any student planning to submit the Quails Unlimited Agricultural Scholarship needs to bring it to Mrs. Arnold by tomorrow.
Juniors need to bring desserts to the cafeteria Friday morning for the Junior dinner that night.
Juniors working Friday’s basketball game are Trystin S., Rachel C., Jalie P., and Ms. French. Cheer camp will perform, and there will be a Junior dinner.
Calling all archers! We need to build a team of at least 12 archers who would represent Pleasant Hill at the state archery tournament on Saturday, March 21st at Springfield, IL. Please sign up in the office by Friday, January 30th. We must have 4 girls compete. You will shoot the bows the school provide.
Juniors working the February 5th game are Blake R., Braden S., and Mrs. Barnes.
Check out the new scholarship bulletin board next to the bookkeeper/guidance office door! New scholarships will be posted on a regular basis. See Mrs. Arnold for help with the applications.
Any Sophomore or Junior who is interested in applying to attend an Illinois Government Youth Day in Springfield on March 25th should see Mrs. Arnold for details.
There is a Baseball fundraiser selling Wolves short sleeve shirts for $25. If interested, see the sample in the office.
