The Build of the Green House!

The new green house is being built! All but the B.S.A. classes are helping to build the green house. It will take about 3 weeks to complete, but they're hoping they can finish it faster. They're changing all the covering because it's only usually good for about 5 years and it's been on there for about 10 years now. On the sides of the green house they are putting Polycarbonate sheets which has about a 15 year life span. So they are hoping to have it last the 15 years before they have to change it again. On the top will be plastic film that has plastic on both sides with air in the middle. The combined plastic flim won't let outside air get in or out. Climate controller will be put in as well to control the heating and cooling. It will lower the heating bill by quite a bit. The frames on the big fans are being rebuilt as well. After the green house is done poinsettias will be planted and sold in the fall. In the Spring, vegetables and flowers will be sold!
