We are pleased to announce we now offer online webpay.
You will see in the fifth button position at the top in white, “online webpay” on our webpage. Once you press this button, it will redirect you to our Vanco Services secure website to process your payments and/or donations. Once you complete the 1st page it will direct you to the 2nd page for payment information. You can make payments from any credit/debit card and/or checking/savings account. This software also allows you to set-up automatic direct debit from you which will be transferred every month on a pre-determined date until the balance is paid in full.
There will be additions and changes to certain items as they arise on our webpay page. We are confident this will be beneficial to those who are already paying for their home/work expenses on the internet from the comfort of your own home or office. We urge you to eliminate any balances you or your student may owe with this new method of payment.
We would also like to encourage all parents, custodial parents, and students to make sure you have a username and password for TeacherEase. www.teacherease.com is where you will find your student’s grades, attendance and outstanding balances. You can also communicate with their teachers. If you are not set-up in this software, please send an email to our Guidance Counselor Beth Arnold at betharnold.phhs@gmail.com and she will send you a welcome email to get you started.
You can access both online webpay AND TeacherEase from our website. We believe with these new payment options, our TeacherEase program and our website that our school will reach its goal of keeping our outstanding balances to a minimum so we can effectively use those funds for the education of our children.
