The high school football team and Riddell Sports are teaming up to sell replica Wolves jerseys. The sale is online only and orders can be placed through December 1, 2019. Turn around time is 4-5 weeks and due to the high volume of orders during the Holiday season, receipt of the order is NOT GUARANTEED before Christmas. Step 1: Visit KTforms.com between now and December 1st.
Step 2: Type in your Access Code in box at top of page & click "GO".

Step 3: Select merchandise and add to shopping cart.
Step 4: Once shopping is complete, click CHECKOUT & either register as a New User or log in with previously registered information.
